i am a mother, i'm a wife, i'm a sister, i'm a daughter, i'm a friend, i am a woman. i am me. i am trying to embrace all of my imperfections. i strive to love unconditionally and i try to look for the beauty in all situations. i really want to squeeze all the meaning out of every lesson that arises in my life and use it to move forward in a better way. i want to expand love and lessen fear. i've struggled with anxiety and over-thinking and over-analyzing and a million thoughts running through my mind for most of my life... i've noticed that what i focus on expands. my purpose for starting this blog was to take a little time to get centered, take a deep breath, and see what really matters.
